Responsibilities
- Develop new features, improve application stability and performance.
- Participate in product and/or application definition activities
- Contribute to project release planning, architecture, and implementation planning for application development tasks.
- Work collaboratively and professionally with others in cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
- Apply a sense of urgency, commitment and focus on the right priorities in developing solutions in a timely fashion.
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
- Supervise, manage and motivate team members on a daily basis.
- Ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.
RequiredQualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in developing scalable applications and services using the .NET platform.
- Deep understanding of object-oriented design principles and architecture.
- Good knowledge of MS SQL Server, ASP.NET.
- Experience using web service technologies (WCF).
- A proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
- Experience building high scalable applications based on Microservice architecture.
- Experience with Agile or SCRUM practices.
- Previous experience leading and/mentoring a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- You are proactive and comfortable working with little direction.
