Marnoe Elite Real Estate LLC is looking for an HR Manager who is responsible for managing all aspects of its new opening hotel staff employment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the hiring process, including advertising open positions, reviewing resumes, coordinating and conducting interviews;
- Maintain up-to-date personnel information and files.
RequiredQualifications
- University degree;
- At least 2 years of experience relevant to the responsibilities;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Teamwork skills;
- Ability to motivate people.
