Responsibilities

- Correspondence with clients, partners and supply sides
- Handling customers' questions, requests and concerns before during and after the tour
- Creating new tour products and itineraries
- Coordinating travel groups, handling tour-related arrangements
- Making quotations, estimating budgets
- Dealing with emergencies

RequiredQualifications

- University degree
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Good communication/negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of Armenia geography
- Having high attention to details and problem solving skills
- Ability to work within a team
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Being flexible, punctual
