ClubSixteen is looking for a hardworking and motivated IT Project Manager to join the Company.

Responsibilities
- Develop project plans and goals, identify needed resources - Develop schedules and methods for measuring results - Develop a detailed project plan to track progress - Define project tasks and assign developers - Assemble and coordinate project team members; assign individual responsibilities - Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope - Participate in recruitment and orientation of new IT staff - Conduct regular team meetings and provide status reports

RequiredQualifications
- Practical experience of managing an IT team - University degree in Information Technologies or other related fields - Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills - Decision-making and leadership skills - Good organizational and presentation skills - Good knowledge of English - Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies will be a plus
