Responsibilities
                                  
- Implement sales based on the sales plan via telephone;
 - Operate in and out calls;
 - Manage information flow;
 - Responsible for complaints management, including registration, processing, control and feedback from customers;
 - Provide internal and external customers with excellent service; 
 - Maintain the call center database by entering and verifying information; update contact log;
 - Improve quality results by recommending changes.
RequiredQualifications
                                  
- Higher education;
 - Fluent knowledge of Armenian and English languages;
 - Strong computer skills (knowledge of MS Office);
 - Excellent communication skills;
 - Ability to listen;
 - Ability to work under pressure.
