Responsibilities
-
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office with a positive, helpful attitude,
-
Direct visitors to the appropriate person,
-
Answer phone calls in a professional manner, take messages, screen and forward incoming phone calls as necessary,
-
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material,
-
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries,
-
Help maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs,
-
Update calendars and schedule meetings,
-
Assist colleagues with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes and making travel plans.
RequiredQualifications
-
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role,
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,
-
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers),
-
Solid written and verbal communication skills in Armenian, Russian and English,
-
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise,
-
Excellent organizational skills,
-
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks,
-
Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
