Responsibilities
- Create and revise job announcements, coordinate the process of shortlisting, screening, etc.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process according to the Company's business, legislative and ethical standards
- Organize and conduct trainings for the staff according to Company's standards and plans
- Develop and continuously update the Company's training program
- Perform a full spectrum of training activities of current and new employees, including course/training design, implementation, and evaluation.
- Provide orientation information to newly hired employees, interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations to the staff
- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and helping resolve work-related problems
- Provide administrative support to HRM department
- Make all necessary entries in the database
- Complete forms, records and logs, prepare reports
- Track vacation, sick and other leaves
- Other HR related duties assigned by Supervisor
RequiredQualifications
- Higher Education in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Social Sciences or Psychology
- At least 3 years of working experience in training, recruitment, HR administrative support preferably in retail sector
- Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations
- Knowledge of customer service standards
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Russian languages
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office package is required
- Knowledge of Armsoft program and other HR supporting software packages is a plus
