Responsibilities

- Prepare budgets and forecast for potential tours and actual tours and order merchandise
- Coordination of travel and transportation arrangements, negotiations with venues and handling of tour funds
- Establish working relationships with various tour managers
- Assist in the creation of new product lines, act as a direct link between potential clients, other tour agencies
- Manage and maintain Tour Department equipment, credit card machines, radios, etc.
- Manage / supervise tour guides
- Manage Tour and company inventory in the most efficient manner to maximize profitability
- Manage, Negotiate, oversee all international touring with companies in Russia and Armenia as well as directly with our foreign partners
- Collaborate, support manage product line and inventory with Web staff
- Maintain the website and web pages with relevant and updated info

RequiredQualifications

- Knowledge of current trends relating to tourism
- Experience in the field will be a plus
- Excellent knowledge of Russian (written, spoken) is a must
- Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Tourism or other related fields
- Thorough understanding of travel and shipping in major cities around the globe
- Well organized, proactive, and ability to handle multiple tasks under strict deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to flourish in a dynamic, changing environment
- Ability to make timely decisions, anticipate problems and provide creative solutions
- High level of written and verbal Russian communication skills
- Must be dependable and reliable with a proven track record of excellent attendance
- Ability to interact professionally with vendors, clients and guests
- Discretion and confidentiality is essential
