Description
INVO is seeking a highly organized Project Manager, with good communication skills, to become a part of our team, expected to manage projects and lead a team of technical resources. You will be ensuring the development, modification, enhancement, deployment of our projects and maintaining on-the-ground operations that serve the overall best interest of the projects.
Responsibilities
- Define, interpret and manage the projects including developing business and technical requirements, goals, metrics, resources, cost, scope, schedule and deliverables - Oversee the requirements planning, procurement, design, modification, integration, testing, and deployment of the project - Implement and manage the project plans to meet project objectives using Agile and other Project Management methodologies as necessary - Ensure projects are delivered on-time and remain in scope. Monitor and track project dependencies - Track tasks assigned to the project team and prepare regular status reports - Conduct project meetings and be responsible for project tracking and analysis - Determine post go-live support plan and objectives - Communicate the project delivery process to the clients
RequiredQualifications
- 2 years+ experience in project management - Highly effective communication skills, both verbal and written. - Proven ability to multi-task with high attention to detail - Team player skills – strong initiative, independent thinker, driven to succeed, high energy with a commitment to work and follow through - Team building leadership – ability to bring a team together, provide direction and assign clear tasks and expectations, acknowledgement, training, development and coaching - Strong problem solving and decision making skills - Good communication skills in English
