Responsibilities
· Provide technical, administrative, and operational support of assigned project · Supervise and cooperate with assigned staff · Participate in developing project plans, proposals, reports, task order and administrative reporting · Perform high level technical support services on assigned tasks · Attend customer meetings and may serve as contact person of the company · Ensure quality assurance of project deliverables · Develop documentation and procedures for managing customer requirements · Prioritize several tasks without compromising quality of work or mission deadlines · Provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced staff members · Participate in special projects as required
RequiredQualifications
- Higher IT/Technical education
- Fluent in Armenian, Russian and English
- 2 year experience of direct project management with knowledge of related techniques
- Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, and risk management
- Ability to effectively manage and coordinate technical projects
- Excellent organizational skills and sense of responsibility
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to travel within the country
