Description
The incumbent will be given a wide range of administrative support and office management related tasks and must have the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate must be well organized, flexible and thoroughly enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office. This position is a combination of both office management as well as assisting Sales Manager. Creativity, forward thinking attitude and ability to be flexible when tasked with multiple assignments at once, are important qualities for this position.

Responsibilities
-Calendar management and scheduling meetings
-Assists with meeting preparation and execution, special event planning
-Builds and maintains reporting tools on a weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual basis and partners with direct reports to ensure deadlines are met
-Maintaining and submitting Expense Reports on a timely basis
-Purchasing and maintaining an appropriate inventory of office supplies
-Processing incoming and outgoing orders
-Other syndication related tasks and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor

RequiredQualifications
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Armenian
-Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
-High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
-Strong initiative and ability to work with minimal guidance and supervision
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-Flexible and open-minded line of thinking
-Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously
-Ability to effectively manage and administer sensitive and confidential information
