Responsibilities
-Provide qualified customer service (communicate with customers directly, via phone calls and e-mail)
-Ensure timely and comprehensive solutions to requests and complaints of the customer
-Create new relationships with potential partners
-Introduce and sell the Company`s products
RequiredQualifications
-Higher Education
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Fluency in English, Russian and Armenian (both in verbal and written form)
-Attention to details, sense of responsibility and teamwork skills
-Ability to work in different situations, set priorities and be a quick decision maker
-Good skills of office equipment operation
-Good knowledges of MS Office applications
-Strong knowledge of main Cyrillic keyboard layout for the Russian language in computers (ЙЦУКЕН)
