Description
Responsibilities
· Organize timely repair and maintenance to ensure uninterrupted supply of facilities with electricity.
· Monitor rational utilization of energy resources and consistent pursuance of cost efficiency policies.
· Ensure and follow up warranty service and maintenance of equipment. Keep technical records.
· To be involved in development of long-term and current plans, administrative and technical measures.
· Devise tasks and ensure awareness of team members of such tasks.
· Enhance performance of power supply systems.
· Supervise the work of employees maintaining electric power supply and HVAC systems.
· Prepare detailed schedules of work, feasibility studies and cost estimates.
· As necessary, apply mathematical and computer models to complete design and specification calculations.
· Maintain a database of electrical and HVAC drawings and update them according to existing modifications.
· Liaise and negotiate with specialist contractors, and other relevant organizations.
· Keep up to date with legislation and environmental standards and make sure systems and processes comply with them.
· Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor(s).
RequiredQualifications
· Master's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field. University degree with specialized experience may be considered in lieu of a Master's degree.
· At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
· At least 3 years of managerial experience in similar organization/s.
· Excellent IT skills, in addition to knowledge of AutoCAD 2D.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Armenian.
· Ability to perform work independently in own field of specialization, equipped with knowledge and experience of multiple disciplines.
· Ability to proactively apply relevant international best practices to the work.
