You will work in the R&D CATS team with skilled peers and a wide range of international customers and colleagues
-CATS (Computer Aided Transcription System) is Synopsys' unique mask data preparation (MDP) solution. It uses efficient, innovative and challenging technologies to help create state of art wafer masks
You will be responsible for designing, developing, troubleshooting, and debugging complex software tools.
Responsibilities
-In this position you will take joy from:

RequiredQualifications
-5 years experience would typically be required to be successful in this role
-Development and debug of complex software projects
-Strong C/C++ programming skills
-Strong background in Linux multi-threading, multi-process, data structures, algorithms
-Software development cycle, architecture, and OOD
-Strong background in mathematics, and particularly in computational geometry
-Desirable related skills or interests such as:
-Usage of configuration management tools
-Unit testing development and introduction
-Prior knowledge and experience of EDA tool development
-Background in QT, Boost
