Description
"Locator" CJSC is looking for a Business Project Manager to coordinate the development and installation of automated systems. The incumbent will be responsible for leading the team and managing resources, schedules, financials and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage all aspects of the project from planning, external vendor relationships, to communications, issues and risks;
- Identify all the internal and external resources whether financial or human resources required for completing the project successfully;
- Refine the project budget as needed to ensure timeliness and fiscal responsibility;
- Provide coaching and guidance to the team members about every aspect of the project;
- Use change management tools to facilitate implementation of the project;
- Participate in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and agreements;
- Develop and maintain the project schedules by working directly with the project team members;
- Evaluate the progress of the project on regular basis to overcome mistakes and achieve the targets;
- Ensure that the project is proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards;
- Research best practices within and outside the Organization for the continuous process improvements.

RequiredQualifications
- Higher education in the IT sphere;
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- At least 3 years of extensive experience in project management;
- Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills;
- Ability to adapt to changes and compete demands;
- Experience working both independently and in a team;
- Ability to travel within the country.
