Responsibilities
- Receive, analyze, and resolve customers' incidents
- Maintain clients' infrastructure and applications
- Advise users on the operation of the equipment and software
- Ensure the relevance of information in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Provide phone, email and web support
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education in relevant field
- Experience in sphere of technical support and systems administration
- Fluent knowledge of Armenian and Russian languages, technical knowledge of English
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving and relationship skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to communicate well with operations and technology
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and prioritize personal workload
- Detail oriented personality and self-started
- High knowledge and skills in Microsoft Products and computer hardware
- Be skilled in design, installation, and troubleshooting of computers networks
- Well knowledge of main network protocols
- Have knowledge and experience with UNIX systems
