Synopsys is looking for an experienced senior R&D Engineer.

RequiredQualifications
-7+ years of experience in programming in Linux and Windows environment
-Perfect knowledge of C/C++, STL and/or QT programming of non-GUI applications and libraries
-Good knowledge of SQL, preferably Oracle and/or SQLite
-OOP, algorithms, multi-processing, multi-threading, SQL queries, sockets, containers
-Knowledge of TCL and scripting languages is a plus
-Good debugging skills
-Ability to multi-task, ability to work under pressure
-Good English for technical (e-mail and verbal) conversation with multinational peers
-Will be responsible for designing, developing, troubleshooting and debugging software
-Usually developing professional expertise, and may apply company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. At a minimum, has working knowledge of work area and general proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures required to accomplish the job. Exercises judgment to determine appropriate action. Implementations and solutions are reviewed for accuracy and overall adequacy. Builds productive internal/external working relationships. Contacts are primarily within business unit and occasional organizational and external customer contacts on routine matters.
