Responsibilities

- Offer car rental services to customers
- Check-out and check-in rental cars
- Deal with the documentation
- Deliver and accept rental vehicles to/from the airport and any other preordered point
- Keep email correspondence with customers
- Provide service related information on phone
- Implement airport transfers during night time
- Handle customer service issues
- Follow the fleet maintenance
- Maintain high brand image "Enterprise-Armenia"
- Perform other related duties as required;

RequiredQualifications

- Excellent knowledge of Russian and English languages
- Driving license for at least 2 years (B/C)
- High sense of responsibility
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent customer care and communication skills
- Excellent sales skills
