Responsibilities
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
- Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
- Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges)
- Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
- Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as photocopying, faxing, collating etc.
RequiredQualifications
- Professional appearance
- Solid communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
- Ability to organize, multitask and work under pressure
- High level of creativity and reliability
- Ability to work in a team
- Knowledge of English, Russian and Armenian languages
