Description
urbanlab is looking for a passionate person who will cover the head office's administrative operations, communications and other executive duties under Founding Director's immediate supervision.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the work process of different departments of the head office and entire Organization;
- Maintain and manage correspondence of the office including incoming and outgoing letters, files and all documentation, invoices, inquiries, etc.;
- Compose and translate all required documents, letters and reports from/ into Armenian and English languages;
- Order office stationary and other administrative supplies and perform general office activities;
- Coordinate creative and technical teams for different short-term projects;
- Perform other related work as required.
RequiredQualifications
- University degree;
- Perfect knowledge of Armenian and English languages, both spoken and written; proficiency in Russian and French languages is a plus;
- Good organizational, team working, multitasking and communication skills;
- Motivated, quality and detail-oriented as well as open-minded person;
- Full computer literacy including knowledge of all Microsoft Office (in particular Excel) programs and the Internet;
- Active social media user experience is desirable;
- Knowledge of design software such as CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, etc., is preferable;
- Ability to communicate with local and international organizations, companies, state institutions in Armenian and English languages.
