Description
The incumbent will work together with and the International Lead Consultant and will investigate all relevant background information. The incumbent is expected to make a proposal defining the planned methods and methodology pointing out any shortcomings of the ToRs and proposing additional issues to be looked into.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for briefing with the local team of Caritas Armenia and in particular Emili Aregak Center;
- Responsible for desk review of existing documents (project proposal, Emili Aregak Center Mission Statement, related websites, etc.) and of legal requirements for a social business in Armenia;
- Responsible for field visit of pre-identified locations in the Kumayri Historic Centre of Gyumri;
- Carry out semi-structured interviews with local authorities, suppliers, potential customers and potential employers in Armenia;
- Responsible for focus groups with beneficiaries (people with disabilities) in the Emili Aregak Center;
- Responsible for de-briefing with local stakeholders.

RequiredQualifications
- Master's degree in the field of Economics, Business Administration or related subjects;
- Specific professional background/ knowledge of and experience in entrepreneurship and social enterprise development;
- Expertise and experience in consultancy in relevant fields;
- Knowledge of Armenian and English languages; knowledge of German language is a plus.
