Description
Digital Edge is seeking a self-motivated team player to fulfill the position of Linux System Administrator.
Long-term, with 3 months of probation period-
Responsibilities
-Perform Linux system administration task
-Perform Linux applications administration task
-Perform IT project implementation task
-Process customers requests came via tickets, email or phone call
-Handle proper email and phone communication with English speaking clients
-Perform system monitoring and maintenance using Enterprise Management System as required
-Provide duty reports
-Perform other tasks as required
RequiredQualifications
-Fluency in English language, both spoken and written
-Strong knowledge of Linux system administration in enterprise environment
-Strong knowledge of network protocols and IT standards
-Strong knowledge of customer service SLA, standards and procedures
-Knowledge of Elastic products stack(Kibana, Elasticsearch and etc.) is a big plus
-Having Linux+ or similar Linux certificate is big plus
-Bash or other scripting skills is big plus
-Knowledge of good security principles particularly related to the Linux and application environment is a plus
-Attention to details and accuracy
-High sense of responsibility
-Team working person
