Responsibilities
-Manage and mentor product managers and product owners that are leading various product teams. Focus on helping product specialists become superstars and helping senior product managers to evolve into leaders
-Set and meet performance targets for speed, efficiency and quality
-Forecast and analysis of internal and external data to influence decision-making at the highest levels of the company
-Live in the data, and believe the best way to democratize product decisions is querying the database for insights and building ad-hoc reports
-Lead cross-functional teams, serving as product and part project manager, to establish milestones and manage development and QA efforts
-Provide detailed consultation to internal sales and 3rd party partners to determine integration/interface requirements as needed
-Build & maintain up to date industry knowledge of the related business disciplines
-Automate as much as possible, and develop scalable processes in a high volume environment
RequiredQualifications
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Business or a related field
-At least 3 years of experience with product management
-Knowledge of Product Management tools and techniques
-Extensive knowledge and work experience with Agile methodology
-Ability to write User stories and technical documentations
-Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language; knowledge of Russian is a plus
-Ability to manage internal and external demands and constraints
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment
-Ability to negotiate and take decisions
