Responsibilities


Customer Service:

·       Provide superior customer service in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures;

·       Thoroughly understand customers' needs and provide relevant consultation on the current offerings of the Company addressing the specific needs of the customer;

·       Contribute to the team work by carrying out other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Administration:

·       Provide general administrative support across the Company;

·       Maintain the internal and external communications of the Company (Mail, email, calls, etc.);

·       Create, draft and maintain certain documentation as requested by the management and the instructors;

·       Provide assistance with class scheduling;

·       Track student attendance, feedback submissions and other routine activities.

Operations:

·       Monitor company resources and ensure a seamless process of placing orders is followed;

·       Maintain a neat and organized work area;

·       Collaborate with the academic staff across the Company;

·       Complete other duties as assigned by the CEO of the Company.

RequiredQualifications

·        Excellent interpersonal and communications skills;

·        Excellent customer care skills;

·        Ability to make decisions quickly;

·        Excellent Computer skills (including a good command of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Spreadsheets and Documents, and more);

·        Quick Learner;

·        Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure;

·        Advanced knowledge of English language;

·        Collaborative and caring work ethics;

·        Good working knowledge of Russian is an advantage;
