Responsibilities
- Participation in the budgeting, business planning and forecasting processes by identifying and modelling key business drivers, trends and KPI's, working with key stakeholders across the organization
- Monitoring of production and financial results, KPI and variance analysis
- Other ad-hoc analysis as required by the management
- Build good working relationships with key stakeholders in order to understand the business and the business needs
- Develop strong relationships with other divisional analysts in order to share knowledge, ideas and best practice
RequiredQualifications
- At least 2-3 years of financial management experience
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics or other related fields; preferably MBA
- Budgeting and budget management skills
- Sound knowledge of accountancy and financial business processes
- Knowledge of business plan preparation and analysis
- Strong Excel and analytic skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Armenian, English languages (knowledge of Russian is a plus)
- High organizational skills and sense of responsibility
- Ability to work under pressure
