Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs
- Answer customer queries
- Assist customers to pick up their received orders
- Introduce services provided by the company
- Assist customers to create virtual accounts with the company
- Assist customers to search/ find goods and products and make online purchases
- Accept cash and credit card payments made by customers
- Maintain neat and tidy office environment
- Submit customer purchase orders to purchasing agents
- Assist in stock control and management
- Deal with customer complaints according to Company's Customer Complaint Procedure
- Adhere to Company Dress code
RequiredQualifications
- Have friendly and engaging personality
- Be comfortable working with customers
- Have excellent numeric skills
- Be extrimely stress resistant and able to handle multiple tasks simultaniously
- Be confident, helpful and polite
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Be creative and proactive in generating new ideas and initiatives for improvements
- Be honest and hardworking
- Knowledge of Internet Search Engines
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 year of customer service or sales
- Fluent in English, Russian and Armenian
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
