Description
The overall objective of this assignment is to conduct stakeholder assessment involved in biodiversity monitoring field in Armenia.

Responsibilities
- Identify stakeholders/ organizations involved in the biodiversity monitoring in Armenia;
- Analyze/ assess the processes of the corespondent stakeholders involved in biodiversity monitoring by following criteria:
a) Mandate of stakeholder/ organization on biodiversity monitoring in Armenia (official monitoring organization, scientific organization, etc.);
b) Existing biodiversity monitoring data and databases;
c) How regular do they monitor (frequency);
d) Methods (field, laboratory, remote sensing, etc.);
e) Reporting procedures (to whom, when, how and based on what).

RequiredQualifications
- Degree in Environmental Sciences, Biology, Environmental Monitoring or a related field;
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of environmental or biological sciences;
- Proven experience in conducting research;
- Strong presentation and writing skills;
- Fluency in Armenian language; knowledge in English language is an advantage.
