Description
The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for the financial management of the Company, including but not limited to long, medium and short-term financial planning, financial reporting to Company management, financial optimization, accounting, participation in projects implemented by the Company and provision of financial advisory services to Company clients.

Responsibilities
- Participate in the Company's financial planning;
- Responsible for the financial reporting of the Company;
- Responsible for the financial management of the Company;
- Responsible for tax and managerial accounting;
- Participate in projects implemented by the Company;
- Provide financial advisory services to Company clients;
- Develop advisory services/ products to be provided by the Company (financial and accounting services);
- Responsible for comprehensive diagnostic analysis;
- Responsible for the elaboration of performance optimization programs of businesses (cost cutting and optimization, sales improvement and boosting business efficiency).

RequiredQualifications
- Master's degree in Economics/ Accounting or MBA;
- At least 10 years of general work experience;
- At least 5 years of work experience as a Chief Financial Officer or Chief Accountant;
- Availability of Accounting Certification from relevant RA state bodies;
- In-depth knowledge of financial management and microeconomics;
- Excellent knowledge in financial modeling;
- Proficiency in Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Analytical thinking;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Knowledge of Excel, SPSS, Armenian Programmes and 1C; knowledge of other software packages is a plus.
