Description
"AAB Project" LLC is announcing vacant position of Chief Accountant based in Yerevan.
Responsibilities
-Manage accounting books to ensure company taxation and reporting are in line with local legislation. Act as a tax expert for the company, setting up key principles of tax treatment and making sure they are kept in tax declarations
-Prepare financial statements on a monthly basis. Make sure accounting standards are properly complied with in company financial statements
-Manage the process of company operating expenses' budget planning & revision. Provide support to budget owners to facilitate quality planning and ensure understanding of cost drivers
-Conduct analysis of actual expenses vs. plans / prior years for reporting
-Facilitate establishment of proper control and efficiency environment within the company. Control of compliance with policies and procedures
RequiredQualifications
-University degree. Preferably in Finance/Economics or Accounting
-Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance/ accounting; construction sphere would be plus
-Fluent knowledge of Armenian & Russian; good knowledge of English languages
-Excellent knowledge of MS Office; fluent ArmSoft system knowledge
-Excellent analytical, planning & communication skills, management experience would be plus
