Responsibilities
- Develop an annual business plan for the Capital Projects Department;
- Prepare documents for the current and strategic plans for the Capital Projects Department;
- Organize the commissioning of projects;
- Develop capital projects and ensure their implementation.

RequiredQualifications
- Higher technical education;
- Good knowledge of Russian language;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
- Knowledge of construction rules, laws and standards;
- More than 3 years of work experience as a Deputy Manager or Manager in capital projects field.
