Responsibilities
- Carry out repair and maintenance work on automatically controlled production systems
- Responsible for functional testing and commissioning of control systems on machines
- Ensure trouble-free operation of machines. Clear jams if necessary
- Carry out fault analysis and troubleshooting during ongoing production
- Monitor and adjust equipment speeds, pressures, & temperatures using simple tools as needed
- Maintains a safe working environment and absolute attention to quality at all times
- Maintains operating and malfunction/downtime log
- Assist machine operators in determining when the machine should be shut down due to mechanical or electrical problems
- Continue education as related to job skills, specifically electrical skills
RequiredQualifications
- University degree or a graduate from Electronics Technician course at an accredited technical institute or a comparable electrical engineering skilled worker training course
- Prior machine operator experience is strongly desired
- Ability to work in a team, high social competence as well as dedication and quick comprehension
- Must possess a basic working knowledge of power transmission equipment, mechanical drawings, scales, and symbols
- Working level of technical English and/or Russian
- Possibility to work in shifts
