Description
Responsibilities
- As a production employee, operate machines and aggregates and thus ensure optimum operation
- Control the production process according to internal guidelines in order to guarantee the functionality and safety of the systems
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene regulations and clean and disinfect our machines according to standards
- Malfunctions and possible defects (in particular in occupational safety) should be rectified directly or reported to your supervisor
- Ensure equipment is supplied with required materials (e.g. adhesives, shrink wrap, labels)
- Understands the relationship between the physical attributes of the preform and the machine oven zone temperature adjustments in the correct production of quality bottles
- Maintain quality requirements in accordance with company standards
- Responsible for reporting all quality defects
- Follow procedures for isolating hold product or defective material
- Perform all operator CIP duties and surface foaming with mechanical cleaning for all other areas
- Responsible for proper and accurate product/package/code changes
RequiredQualifications
- University degree or a graduate from Engineering course at an accredited technical institute or a comparable electrical engineering skilled worker training course
- Prior machine operator experience is strongly desired
- Ability to record information
- Independent and conscientious way of working, high commitment and ability to work in a team
- Possibility to work shifts
- Working level of technical English and/or Russian
- Ability to work self-directed and with a team
