Description
We are looking for a talented UI & UX Designer to create amazing user experiences. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Perform enhancements or maintenance to existing software solutions
- Keeping the existing products running efficiently
- Analyze processes and workflows to design efficient solutions
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to create perfect product
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
RequiredQualifications
- 2-3 years professional experience designing digital web and/or mobile products for lead generation or conversion optimization
- Strong communication and presentation skills to defend and inspire by your vision product managers and other stakeholders
- Strong knowledge and experience with grid based responsive design utilizing either BootStrap, Foundation, or own custom framework.
- High proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch)
- Proficiency with wire framing tools and experience with InVision
- Ability to work and support multiple projects simultaneously
