Responsibilities

- Build a positive image for the Company
- Ensure staff compliance with the Company's policies and procedures; develop SOPs
- Responsible for all activities necessary for continuous smooth operations of the office
- Manage the staff recruitment process and further HR activities (job adds, contacts with employment agencies, preselection, interviews, assessments, employee documentation preparation and management, employee assessment, compensation evaluation, etc.)
- Design and implement a process of onboarding for new hires
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
- Manage office budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Supervise ongoing training for employees
- Prepare letters, presentations and reports
- Responsible for supply management
- Address employees query regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, hardware)
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services
- Arrange in-house or off-site activities, like parties, events, celebrations and conference
- Plan and provide opportunities for employees professional growth
- Manage employee schedules and troubleshoot scheduling conflicts as they rise
- Perform other job-related duties assigned by the Management

RequiredQualifications

- Bachelor's degree or higher
- At least 2 years of work experience in office and HR management
- Advanced knowledge of English language; knowledge of German language is a plus
- Superior presentation skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mind with the ability to suggest improvements
- Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and payroll
- Advanced computer skills (MS Office, G-Suite)
- Experience with supply management
