Responsibilities

- Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers
- Assist with document preparation using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other related software as needed
- Understand and utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software programs
- Interact efficiently with local and external team members on project related-matters
- Coordinate, initiate, and participate in client conference calls and team meetings
- Carry out general administrative duties including answering e-mails, managing data
- Create and maintain files and keep things organized

RequiredQualifications

- Strong English written and oral communications capabilities
- Preference of working with data bases, internet and online platforms
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Ability to work well in teams, as well as think and work independently
- Attention to detail
- Punctual
