Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the scrum process and mentoring the scrum teams in accordance with the Scrum methodology
- Handling conflict resolution, communicating scrum values of openness, honesty and respect to the team
- Coaching teams to adopt and follow the Scrum practices
- Helping teams to define goals and actions to achieve best results
- Inspiring team's creativity and efficiency
- Identifying and eliminating Scrum process impediments and act as safeguard for the team
- Ensuring the product owner always keeps the backlog properly maintained
- Organizing and facilitating sprint planning, review, and daily stand-up meetings
- Conducting Retrospective meetings, recording issues, providing advice and assistance in resolving them
- Analysing and presenting scrum reports (velocity, burndown, etc.) to the management
RequiredQualifications
- Master's degree in a related field
- At least 1 year of project management experience
- Knowledge of Scrum theory, rules, practices and Agile approaches
- Knowledge of software development processes
- Strong time management skills
- Familiarity with best practices, customer oriented environments, and Agile practices
- Strong communication skills
- Coaching skills
