Description
Central Bank of Armenia (CBA) is looking for a Programmer for the Information and Telecommunication Technologies Department, Programming Division Design. The incumbent will develop and deploy CBA automated software systems. He/ she will support and update existing systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop software programs, participate in software full development life cycle according to requirements specification;
- Design, develop new and/ or existing software systems according to requirements specification;
- Perform applications deployment functions/ tasks.
RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or Computer Engineering;
- At least 2 years of software development experience;
- Profound knowledge of .NET Framework, C#, ADO.NET, LINQ, Reflection and WinForms;
- Intermediate knowledge of WCF, WinHost services and Multithreading;
- Intermediate knowledge of fundamentals of information security;
- Profound knowledge of object-oriented programming;
- State-of-the-art knowledge of Algorithms theory, discrete mathematics and combinatory algorithms;
- Intermediate knowledge of mathematical modeling;
- Intermediate knowledge of operating systems;
- Intermediate knowledge of global and local nets, as well as net protocols;
- Profound knowledge of relational database: MSSQL (T-SQL), Oracle 11g Server (PL/SQL); SqlCE (tables, keys, joins, views, stored procedures, functions, and data types);
- Proficiency in Armenian language; good knowledge of English and Russian languages to read professional literature.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of Microsoft BizTalk Server;
- Knowledge of ASP.NET;
- Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint Server (2010, 2013).
