Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain core backend features
- Build scalable, fault-tolerant, and efficient web services
- Communicate with other teams to understand and prioritize features and bugs
- Support current codebase and extend functionality
- Refactor whatever code that will come up upon development

RequiredQualifications

- A minimum of 4 years experience as a developer
- 2+ years of Node.js experience
- 2+ years of any SQL Database experience
- 1+ year of any NoSql Database experience (mongodb is also counted)
- Deep understanding of JavaScript language and current trends
- Experience with websockets, Promises, functional programming paradigms
- Working knowledge of any other programming language(s)
- Ability to talk and chat in English
- Experience in working with Amazon Web Services is a plus
- Comfortable with Git
- Any degree in Computer Science or related field
- Knowledge of classic algorithms and data structures
- Willingness to learn learn learn, and sometimes share the knowledge with coleagues is highly appreciated
