Responsibilities

- Provide technical assistance over e-mail, chat, voice/video calls
- Work through ticketing system
- Network design
- Troubleshooting
- Participate in lab testing procedures
- Constantly learn about our new functionality and implementation details
- Reproduction of customer setups in lab environment for troubleshooting and testing purposes
- Mentor less experienced team members

RequiredQualifications
Ideal Candidate will have:
- Experience operating Cisco, Juniper networking gear
- Experience in troubleshooting
- Strong analytical skills
- CCNP is a plus Requirements:
- 1+ years hands-on production network management
- Understanding of network fundamentals and protocols such as: Layer-2/3 switching/routing, IP, IPv6, BGP, OSPF, PIM, ARP, IGMP/IGMP6 and others
- Knowledge of Linux OS
- Ability to learn fast and passion for learning
- Paying attention to details
- Good communication and technical writing skills in English
