Responsibilities
- Organize and oversee chauffeurs' work process on daily bases
- Develop and plan productive business strategy of the chauffeur service
- Identify emerging issues, follow the complaints and suggest solutions
- Implement analyses related to chauffeurs' work and prepare corresponding reports
- Ensure excellent customer service in accordance with the standards set by the Company
- Perform other job-related duties
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial field
- Communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Fluency in Russian and English languages
- High sense of responsibility, excellent time management and organizational skills
- Result-oriented and service minded person
- Stress
- resistant personality and conflict management skills
- Driving license is a mandatory with at least 3 years of driving experience
