Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing new features, fixing issues that are discovered in the existing code base and doing code reviews
- Investing in development support activities, including code review, collaborative design sessions, project/sprint planning, end-user support and feature demos
- Leading development team and collaborating with other teams and stakeholders to ensure successful process of full business cycle of the related project(s)
- Leading and mentoring its team by setting an example, teaching and motivating them to enhance their performance and professional development
RequiredQualifications
- 3+ years of experience in C# and .NET platform
- Strong knowledge of Object-oriented programming (OOP)
- Strong Knowledge of ASP.NET MVC framework and RESTful services
- Experience in JavaScript and any JS framework
- Passionate about building new products, rather than outsourcing
- Ability and experience in having fun with the team of developers is a huge plus. Behaving fun may include but is not limited to playing the guitar or Alias/Ailkerp during breaks, drinking tequila without getting drunk, playing X-box/PlayStation at office championship
