Responsibilities
- Providing professional administrative support to CEO
- Conserving CEO's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence
- Drafting letters and documents
- Collecting and analyzing information
- Acting as a liaison between CEO and staff to ensure appropriate coordination and follow-up on day-to-day issues
- Managing day-to-day operation of the office
- Answering phone calls and email inquiries
- Implementing company HR Management
- Preparing translations of short texts in Armenian, English and Russian languages
- Proofreading company reports
- Coordinating the calendar of CEO; arranging both internal and external meetings, making travel arrangements
- Managing internal and external projects following QMS requirements
- Performing other duties as assigned
RequiredQualifications
- Work experience in requested field is preferable
- University degree (AUA, technical branches of YSU are preferable)
- Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian languages
- Good computer skills
- Ability to compile accurate reports based on staff's inputs
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Effective oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills
- Strong attention to detail, ability to perform duties with minimal supervision and with high level of accuracy
- Well-developed analytical and problem solving abilities
- Ability to organize work, engage in a variety of tasks simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines
- Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential material and information appropriately
