Description
Karas National Food Chain is looking for a highly qualified and motivated specialist for the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). As part of an executive management team, the CFO will have interactions with various members of the Company, both senior and junior. The incumbent will be primarily responsible for managing the process of financial forecasting and budgeting, supervision and risk management.
Responsibilities
- Design, lead and supervise the process of financial forecasting and budgeting;
- Understand and mitigate key elements of the Company's risk profile;
- Report financial status by developing forecasts, reporting results, analyzing variances, developing improvements;
- Supervise the tax accountancy of the Company and insure compliance with all the regulations and requirements;
- Arrange for debt and equity financing;
- Develop financial and tax strategies;
- Assist in formulating the Company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives;
- Accomplish finance and organization mission by completing related results as needed;
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives so as to identify their needs and seek full range of business solutions.
RequiredQualifications
- BS in Accounting, Finance or Economics; MBA is highly desired;
- CFA qualification is strongly recommended;
- ACCA qualification is a plus;
- At least 5 years of professional experience; experience in the related business sector would be a plus;
- Advanced computer skills; knowledge of accounting software (1C) is a plus;
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- Result-oriented person, strategic thinker and planner.
