Responsibilities
- Perform accounting records, costs, revenues, financial commitments and obligations in relation to services provided, goods produced and realized to project future revenues and expenses
- Receive, monitor, analyze and maintain record keeping of various documentation, specifically related to the accounting of the Organization
- Analyze daily banking transactions, perform bank payments, using the existing banking software
- Analyze daily journal entries; compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial reports
- Compile and analyze financial information to prepare statements, including monthly, quarterly and annual accounts
- Report, analyze, and ensure integrity of all financial information
- Establish, maintain and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor
- Contribute to client satisfaction by providing clients with timely, responsive, value-added services and work products
- Participate in provision of statutory accounting and tax compliance services to FTH clients
- Participate in provision of payroll administration services to FTH clients
- Participate in provision of various tax consultancy services to FTH clients, within the scope of the Armenian tax legislation
- As an audit team member participate in audit services delivery to FTH clients
- Provide assistance to the Manager in handling clients' portfolios and assignments
- Supervise the work of fellow team members; delegate the work, monitor the progress, provide timely, continual and constructive on-the-job feedback
RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or other business related field
- Qualification of ACCA (F1-F9 levels) or CFA (2 level) or CIA certificates
- At least 5 years of professional experience in accounting and/ or tax compliance and/ or tax advisory and/or audit
- Knowledge of the accounting, tax and financial legislation
- Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Knowledge of C+ and/or AS (Armenian Software) accounting software
- Readiness for intensive work and learning
- Readiness to learn and develop professionally
- Analytical and critical thinking; multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to quickly and accurately navigate in difficult situations
- Strong skills in project management; confidence with a strong business sense
- Responsibility, punctuality and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and flexibility
- Advanced computer skills: knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian languages; proficiency in other languages will be considered an advantage
