Responsibilities
- Collecting the real estate data
- Data analysis
- Lead generation
- Marketing and promoting the leads
- Organizing and managing the showing of the leads
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Presenting the properties to clients
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Negotiating with buyers and sellers, tenants, landlords and all parties of the deal
RequiredQualifications
- Higher Education in economics, marketing, management or a related flied
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets at least 3 years
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Adequate knowledge of Microsoft Office Package
- Fluency in Armenian/English/Russian
- A comprehensive knowledge in Social Media and E marketing
