Responsibilities

Performance objectives:

• The first objective is to analyze and evaluate user requirements: this means you should strongly master the UI, UX principles, and trends, collaborate with the project manager and conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback. Research skills are important for this objective, but what we value the most is
   
  • Proven work experience of 3 years as a UI/UX Designer: you will have to design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets, build page navigation buttons and search fields and keep the user experience at a high level by maintaining the efficient user journey. 
  • Analytical and critical thinking: You have to come up with creative design solutions by analyzing the customer's needs.

• The second objective is to illustrate design ideas: in order to realize this objective you have to use storyboards and sitemaps by using design tools. For this objective up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Sketch is needed.  The following skills are vital as well:

  • Knowledge of design tools (e.g.InVision): This is essential in order to upload and share the designs, follow up with the comments.
  • Good Knowledge of English in order to handle the communication with clients and the data.

• The third objective is to develop UI mockups and prototypes: illustrate how sites function and look like, prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.  

  • Portfolio of design projects: this will help to better understand the main characteristics of design style

  • Team spirit and strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

  • Good time-management skills: as you will be working on various projects within strict timelines, you have to keep the deadlines.
