Description
The Talent Services Specialist will play an active role in full-cycle talent acquisition area, HR related administrative functions, employee relations, as well as will provide support in organization of staff events and in the office management.
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end talent acquisition;
- Participate in planning meetings with hiring managers;
- Create job descriptions based on requirements;
- Post job vacancies;
- Screen resumes;
- Provide shortlisted candidates to hiring teams;
- Maintain records and provide updates and follow-ups with hiring managers on a timely basis;
- Coordinate and schedule interviews;
- Provide an excellent candidate experience;
- Prepare employment offers and on-boarding documentation;
- Execute and support with all HR administrative tasks;
- Prepare employment agreements, amendments to contracts, orders, references and other employee; documentation;
- Track vacations and other leaves;
- Resposnible for benefits administration;
- Maintain and update HR databases;
- Assist with the off boarding process and coordinate with respective teams;
- Prepare HR related reports as required;
- Coordinate arrangement of corporate events and staff gatherings;
- Assist in office management.
RequiredQualifications
- Diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field;
- At least 2 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment and operational HR;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Armenian and English languages;
- Knowledge of the RA labour legislation;
- Confident user of MS Office and social media platforms;
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable interacting with staff and managers in a professional manner;
- Strong attention to details and ability to take ownership of tasks;
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
