Responsibilities

  • Organize and coordinate requests registration and resolution activities;
  • Register and resolve requests/incidents;  
  • Send notification regarding the scheduled works;
  • Timely escalate requests/incidents to relevant specialists and managers;
  • Supervise the requests’ resolution deadlines;
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports;
  • Perform other tasks assigned by direct manager;
  • Continuously increase his/her professional skills.

RequiredQualifications

  • Graduate degree;
  • Experience in relevant field is preferable;
  • Fluent in Armenian and English, good knowledge of Russian is a plus;
  • General knowledge of computer hardware and software;
  • Advanced computer user;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office;
  • Reporting and analytical skills;
  • Hardworking, initiative and flexible personality;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • High sense of responsibility;
  • Ability to work under high pressure;
  • Ability to prioritize and simultaneously perform different tasks;
  • Readiness to learn and obtain new knowledge.
