Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate requests registration and resolution activities;
- Register and resolve requests/incidents;
- Send notification regarding the scheduled works;
- Timely escalate requests/incidents to relevant specialists and managers;
- Supervise the requests’ resolution deadlines;
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports;
- Perform other tasks assigned by direct manager;
- Continuously increase his/her professional skills.
RequiredQualifications
- Graduate degree;
- Experience in relevant field is preferable;
- Fluent in Armenian and English, good knowledge of Russian is a plus;
- General knowledge of computer hardware and software;
- Advanced computer user;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Reporting and analytical skills;
- Hardworking, initiative and flexible personality;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Ability to work under high pressure;
- Ability to prioritize and simultaneously perform different tasks;
- Readiness to learn and obtain new knowledge.
