Description
Land Rover Armenia is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager who will be responsible for meeting the Company's customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. The incumbent will be responsible for maximizing the Company's sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to the upper management.

Responsibilities
- Represent "Jaguar" and "Land Rover" auto brands to customers and provide them with necessary information;
- Research and build relationships with new customers and potential partners;
- Increase market share to meet sales targets and make professional presentations to potential customers;
- Analyse current procedures and identify opportunities for improvement;
- Advise customers on vehicle specification and new developments;
- Conduct follow-ups with potential customers;
- Prepare and send price proposals to the customers;
- Develop and maintain an expert technical knowledge of automotive industry;
- Communicate clearly, regularly and promptly with customer, dealer principal, sales team and colleagues;
- Implement external relationship;
- Improve customer satisfaction by developing and implementing a strategy with the sales team.

RequiredQualifications
- Higher education in technical sciences or a related field;
- Proven experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets;
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization;
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;
- Excellent written and verbal knowledge of Russian and English languages;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office;
- Strong analytical skills, effective communication and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and within strict time frames;
- Good team player, well-organized, responsible and result-oriented personality;
- Leadership skills;
- Valid driving license and at least 3 years of driving experience.
