Description
Responsibilities
- Receive purchase requests (orders) from different departments of the Company
- Submit to the Head of the Department the best purchase proposals for the requested items (services) on time
- Organize and realize purchase of items (services) approved by the General Manager
- Submit information to the appropriate department of the Company regarding goods delivery (service implementation)
- Prepare customs-related documents for exportation and importation of goods
- Implement in a proper way all tasks received from direct or general management
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education in Economics
- Work experience in a related field is preferable
- Perfect knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages
- Computer literacy (MS Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong organizational skills, attention to details and high sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication skills
